The Artea Room launches its own signature tea blend in Potterspury near Towcester
There’s something new brewing at The Artea Room.
We’re excited to introduce our very own Artea Room Signature Tea – our first ever house blend, created for us in partnership with The Kent and Sussex Tea and Coffee Company, who supply our tea range.
Based in Potterspury, near Towcester and Milton Keynes, The Artea Room is known for its welcoming atmosphere, homemade cakes and popular afternoon teas. This new addition marks an exciting step in developing our menu and offering something a little more unique to our customers.
A tea created especially for The Artea Room
Tea has always been at the heart of what we do. Whether you’re joining us for a relaxed lunch, catching up with friends over cake, or enjoying one of our afternoon teas, the quality of every cup matters.
That’s why we worked closely with our trusted supplier to bring in a blend that reflects the Artea Room experience – something smooth, flavourful and easy to enjoy.
Our signature tea is a black tea with a well-rounded flavour profile. It has a gentle hint of blackcurrant, adding a subtle sweetness, alongside light floral notes that give it a soft and balanced finish.
It’s not overpowering or overly complex – just a really good cup of tea that you can sit back and enjoy.

The Artea Room Signature Tea has been chosen to complement our menu.
It pairs beautifully with our homemade cakes, enhances the experience of our afternoon teas, and works just as well alongside a light lunch. Whether you’re visiting for a full experience or just popping in, it’s a tea that fits effortlessly into any part of your visit.

“We’ve always taken a lot of pride in what we serve, and tea is such a big part of that. Working with our supplier to bring in a signature blend that feels right for us has been really important.
We wanted something smooth, easy to drink and that works across the whole menu – from lunch through to afternoon tea. It’s a lovely addition to what we offer, and we’re really looking forward to people trying it.”
