Guests call The Artea Room a “benchmark for other tea houses” after a memorable afternoon tea visit

We’re always grateful when guests take the time to share their experience after visiting The Artea Room, and we were delighted to recently receive such kind feedback from guests who joined us for afternoon tea with bubbles.

The guests visited during our Valentine’s decorations and shared how much they enjoyed the atmosphere, table presentation and relaxed countryside setting, with views across the surrounding fields adding to the experience.

They also highlighted the range of teas available, enjoying the opportunity to sample different blends, as well as the balance of homemade savouries and cakes served as part of our afternoon tea. Presentation and quality are something we take great pride in, so it’s lovely to hear this recognised.

Our team were also praised for their friendly and attentive service, which we know makes all the difference when guests come to relax and spend time together.

Hearing that guests plan to return and recommend us to friends is the biggest compliment we could ask for, and feedback like this motivates us to keep raising the bar.
