A day full of celebrations at The Artea Room

We’ve just finished our final tidy up ahead of opening again at 11am tomorrow… and what a day it’s been.

We started the morning with breakfast guests gently easing into the day — cooked breakfasts and breakfast omelettes proving popular as always.

Upstairs in The Artea Attic, we hosted a beautiful Afternoon Tea baby shower filled with laughter and celebration.

Later, a very special 90th birthday brought family together for lunch, followed by a truly stunning cake.

The afternoon saw another family gathering for Afternoon Tea, with guests travelling from near and far to meet under one roof.

And in between it all, we welcomed our lovely regulars — including Andrea and David celebrating David’s birthday — alongside so many other friendly faces popping in for lunch, tea, coffee and cake.

We’re incredibly proud of our team, who pour their hearts into making every visit warm, relaxed and memorable. Chrissy, Charlotte and Katie — we simply couldn’t do it without you.

We may have finished the day with a cheeky Guinness 0, a glass of Nozecco and a slice of cake… and honestly, I think we earned it.

But most of all — thank you for choosing to spend your day with us. 💛
