Far too much food per person, fresh sandwiches, fresh (oven warm) scones, choice of cakes – all home made. Just ask for more cream/Jam like the lorry load given wasn’t enough?! Tea on tap, coke refills for kids. Charming music, atmosphere and service was great. I could carry on but you may think I have shares in Business. So please go along and see for yourselves, I doubt this Tea room will ever disappoint.

I happened upon this cafe just off the A5 and am happy that I did. It is cosy and welcoming and has a very good selection of dishes. It was lunchtime so I had a ploughman’s lunch and my wife had a jacket potato. Both were well presented and enjoyable. I understand it is under new management so well done to them. I shall make sure I visit again.
